Chasing Cars

So there I am driving in my older car and giving it a nice cross city ride to settle my errands when out of the sewers (coz I cannot explain how else it got there) came this compact car tailgating me in the midst of the city jam. Coming so close to the rear that I thought he was trying to refuel by latching onto my exhaust......

Making out the outline of the tailgating headlights, it was the compact Kancil..... cheh. (no offence to those driving one)

Not to say they are not capable of speed and maneuvour ability (coz the latter also depends on the driver), but their presence is not imposing enough to feel threatened. I mean come on..... head lights of a kancil coming close up to you.....flashing their high beam that seems like a normal beam, and the driver showing hand gestures to supplement the pointless threats.

Generally I don't ignore these signs of impending road rage. IF I do see it, I will give way. But on many occasions they are overlooked or like I said, not imposing enough to cause me to fret. In a Honda City even, I know I will get the better of them in the event they crash into the back of me.....I only pray hope they have a valid insurance that I can claim from.......

So then a thought ran through my mind......how imposing would a V-WOW Golf look with its headlamps shining into your rear view mirror?
